JR Products was founded by John
Roba in 1974. At this time, packaged product in the RV Industry
was virtually non-existent. John started the company out of his
basement; as the company outgrew the basement, it was moved to the
garage. In 1982 their first building was constructed and the
company moved to its own facility.In 1996 JR Products was taken over
by three of John's children: Susan
Carpenter, Sally Moore and Doug Roba. John continued to own and
operate his other company, John
D. Roba & Associates, a Manufacturers Representative firm.
In 2001 Chris Carpenter was hired as COO. The company outgrew yet
another location and moved to a larger facility in 2002. Expansion
to the existing building is in the near future to house the
over 800 current SKU's.
The one thing that has not changed in the years JR Products has been
in business; our commitment to our employees & customers.
